Designed for demanding commercial and industrial conditions, ChemX Industrial 301 delivers exceptional resistance to aggressive chemical environments. Its advanced epoxy formulation stands up to concentrated acids, strong alkaline solutions, and heavy-duty solvents commonly found in industrial, petroleum, and municipal applications. Once cured, the liner displays a clean industrial-gray finish.

Applications & Performance

ChemX Industrial 301 is suitable for CIPP projects and specifically designed for the inversion method. It supports both localized point repairs and full-length pipe rehabilitation, engineered for pipe diameters ranging from 2" to 12" (50 mm to 300 mm)—ideal for small to mid-diameter infrastructure renewal.

This resin combined with our reinforced fiberglass liner (MegaLiner) creates a chemically resilient composite designed to perform in highly corrosive environments. The resulting system not only meets but surpasses applicable ASTM standards, ensuring exceptional durability, reliability, and long-term structural performance.

During steam curing, the ChemX 301 resin undergoes an intensified molecular cross-linking process, producing a highly durable liner capable of operating at temperatures up to 250°F / 120°C.

Working Time & Curing Requirements

To achieve maximum chemical and mechanical performance, a 2-hour steam cure is recommended. This process activates the resin to its full potential, producing a thin, highly robust, and completely watertight repair suitable for demanding environments.
