With the PROcure, IMS Robotics presents a further development of its LED system for curing pipe liners in nominal widths from DN 75 to DN 500. UV light from high-performance LEDs and the optimized hexagonal arrangement of the LED segments achieve an even distribution of light energy, resulting in a more homogeneous illumination of the liner surface. The PROcure is characterized by a shorter light source and main connector, which increases flexibility and bendability. The system can be configured in various cable lengths up to 100 meters. A flexible connecting hose makes it easier to pass through several bends. It is suitable for the inversion process and the curing of main sewer liners in medium nominal widths. IMS also offers PROcure consumables tailored to the system, including felt, hybrid liner and 1-component resin systems.
