IMS NANOeasy E Connection Cutter for 3.0-4.0'' Pipes (DN 70-100)

The NANOeasy E milling robot system is a compact and powerful solution for milling work in pipes with an internal diameter of DN 75 relined to DN 100. With excellent bendability, even with 90° bends in the DN 75 range, it offers efficient and precise milling work. The electrically driven milling motor and the pneumatic axial feed of 30 mm guarantee precise processing. An integrated color camera with LED lighting ensures a clear view. Permanent camera cleaning with air and optionally also water ensures optimum visibility. Manual control is via a movable steering wheel on the supply hose, and a 10-inch video display with recording function makes it easy to monitor the milling process. The mobile cable drum is equipped with control electronics as well as a pneumatic and electric rotary feed-through, which enables flexible handling.
