5E Electric Smoke Blower

The Superior^® 5E Electric Smoke Blower is the leading electric powered blower for smoke testing laterals, residential plumbing, and commercial plumbing lines. The 5E Smoke Blower is designed to work with Superior^® SP-8 Encapsulated Smoke Pellets, 1A and 2B Smoke Candles and includes a heavy duty 8' by 4" flexible hose.

Due to a temporary interruption in Smoke Candle production, we are recommending Superior SP-8 Encapsulated Smoke Pellets for use in the 5E Blower for plumbing smoke testing. Please see the 5E Technical Bulletin for details and instructions.

*Application Note: The 5E Smoke Blower is designed to work with the Superior SP-8 Encapsulated Smoke Pellet, 1A Smoke Candle or 2B Smoke Candle. Do NOT use the 3C Smoke Candle. The 3C is designed for mainline sewer smoke testing and produces too much smoke for building plumbing applications. In general, we recommend using the least amount of smoke necessary for a smoke test. We recommend using two (2) SP-8 Smoke Pellets per smoke test, or a single 1A or 2B Smoke Candle per test.
